COMMUNITY CODE OF CONDUCT

Dynamite Circle Community Guidelines

The DC is a private, global community of founders who live life on their own terms. We come together to share experience, swap lessons, and help each other build better businesses and better lives.

These guidelines keep the culture strong. Read them, live them, and help protect what makes the DC special.

Our Core Values

Give More Than You Take
Generosity is our currency. Share insights, make introductions, offer advice. The DC works when we all contribute.

Be Real
Be upfront about your wins, losses, and lessons. Authenticity builds trust—and trust is the foundation of this community.

Respect First
Treat people with professionalism and courtesy, even when you disagree. Challenge ideas, not people.

Keep It Confidential
What’s shared in DC stays in DC. Respect the privacy of members and their businesses.

Value Over Pitching
This is not a sales channel. Focus on helping, not hustling. Share offers only where it’s clearly invited.

Diversity & Inclusion
The DC spans continents, cultures, and industries. We welcome it all. Discrimination, harassment, or hate of any kind is not tolerated.

How to Show Up in the DC

  • Stay Relevant: Share content that helps entrepreneurs grow—business insights, tools, lessons learned, and experiences worth discussing.

  • Be Generous With Knowledge: Teach from experience. Don’t just drop opinions—back them with what’s worked (or failed) for you.

  • Give Credit: Attribute resources, content, or ideas that aren’t your own.

  • No Spam / No Pitches: If someone asks for recommendations, feel free to share your solution. Otherwise, keep promotional content to designated spaces.

  • Protect Privacy: Conversations in the DC are for DC members only. Do not share private discussions outside the community.

  • Engage Constructively: Ask good questions, give helpful answers, and disagree with respect.

Enforcement

We keep the DC a safe, valuable space by enforcing these rules:

  • Zero-tolerance behaviors: harassment, hate speech, threats, discrimination, or repeated self-promotion.

  • Consequences: Depending on severity, violations may result in a warning, suspension, or permanent removal.

  • Moderation: Community staff and moderators may remove posts and/or members who break the guidelines.

Your Responsibility

As a member, you are not just here to benefit, you’re here to help make the DC the best founder community in the world. Show up, contribute, protect the culture, and leave it stronger than you found it.
